God is in the business of sending and transforming people to become free to serve and love others, to become mature, fruitful and holy citizens of His kingdom. God is looking for men and women who are committed to build His church on this earth. MMP is offering this opportunity to individuals to be part of the Lord’s vision to bring humanity into his kingdom. It is exciting to see God doing just this in MMP. Today we have four people coming in as Missionary-In-Training (MIT). They are Ramir Sadang, Doris Risare, Ma. Annie Clave and Nelida Garcia. These four will go through our training program which starts in October and ends in March next year. Every Friday and half of Saturday they will go through the courses prepared for their training. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays they will spend their time in the areas assigned to them. They will be joining the team that works in the slum. They will face many challenges as they embark on this new mission. Please join us in upholding each one of them in prayer. They will need to raise their financial support for food and fare. You might consider helping them. It is our hope that through this training program the MIT’s will develop a deeper sense of their calling, a greater love for Jesus and the poor, and a longing for personal transformation. Welcome to our MIT’s!
